Problem: Develop a method to distribute liquid nitrogen from a safe zone to forest fires and overcome radiative and convective effects during delivery

Design Solution: Design of a streamlined capsule to be dropped at strategic points in the fire area, with a fin pattern to induce rotation from lift force and eject liquid nitrogen prior to contact to the ground fire
